Described below are some of the things we do to promote employees’ wellbeing and diversity.

Our Mission

Our Mission
We protect precious lives through the supply of our products and services.
The products and services that we provide are directly connected to the safety—and ultimately the lives—of people who use them. Always bearing this in mind when conducting business, we never compromise on the quality of any of our offerings.
We offer our wholehearted support for our employees’ passion for realizing their “dreams and future visions.”
We believe it important that employees have dreams and be provided the chance to give full play to their potential as they seek to achieve them. To this end, we will spare no effort in supporting our employees in attending to their work with pride and satisfaction, sharing the results of their endeavors, and aiming at further growth.

Empowerment of Female Workers

Among efforts to ensure further development of the Company, we believe it essential to further empower women. True to this belief, we have introduced a gender-equal pay structure and career path and provide our employees with opportunities to fulfill their potential. As of this writing, the percentage of directors on the board who are female is 14%, and 4% of our managers are female. We will continue to make even greater efforts to respect the diverse values and talents of our employees, thereby aiming to become a company in which women can exercise their abilities.

Multi-National Workforce

One of the most important growth drivers for the Company is global expansion of business. Our foreign employee percentage now stands at 5%, with Chinese, Vietnamese, and Indonesian nationals being on our payroll. We will continue to aggressively hire foreign nationals, while at the same time cementing ties with our manufacturing sites and customers outside of Japan.
