“Maintaining our outstanding excellence as a manufacturer ten years from now”–led by this slogan, we are forging ahead with the following management strategies.

Wedge binding-type scaffoldoing

Increasing the market share of the “Shinwa Catcher” wedge binding-type scaffolding
In order to further boost the market share of our “Shinwa Catcher” wedge binding-type scaffolding by meeting demands for construction and renovation of low-rise detached houses and low- and mid-rise condominiums, we will strengthen direct sales to construction businesses, who use our products onsite, and we will develop and deliver products that are compliant with revisions in safety and hygienic regulations in a timely manner.
By geographical region, we will continue to pursue untapped opportunities in the Kanto, Kinki, and Kyushu regions, while at the same time strengthening sales activities in the Tohoku and Chugoku/Shikoku regions, which have not been well catered to in relative terms.

Next-generation scaffolding

Increasing penetration into the next-generation scaffolding market
To address the demands for construction, renovation, and seismic retrofitting of mid- and high-rise condominiums and buildings, we aim to increase the penetration and market share of our “SPS (Silent Power System)” next-generation scaffolding. To achieve this, we will pitch the high construction work efficiency, quietness, safety, and high storage and conveyance efficiency of our “SPS” to construction businesses and scaffolding equipment leasing companies. Through a combination of sales and leasing, we will increase our presence in the market and find new customers.
For large-scale facilities and public works, which often require large quantities of scaffolding equipment, we will cooperate with major leasing companies in order to increase the market share of our “NDS (Darwin)” next-generation scaffolding. At the same time, we will pitch the benefit of using “NDS,” i.e., high construction work efficiency that complements the shortage of skilled workers, to construction businesses that are using conventional frame scaffolding, in a bid to develop a new market.

Logistics Equipment

Expanding the business domains for the Logistics Equipment Division
Our logistics equipment business began by developing and manufacturing special pallets for conveying engines for the auto industry.
The business has since expanded to include the development of diverse applications, such as racks used in mega-warehouses through collaboration with a major online retailer, special pallets for films used in mobile phones, bulk container cages for liquid transportation, and multi-level shelves for plant factories with artificial LED lights.
Going forward, we will hone our skills in delivering products that best suit customer needs and solve their problems, rather than focusing on a limited number of fields, thereby expanding our business domains into unexplored fields.
